Statement regarding LockBit claims

Earlier this morning we became aware of tweets from LockBit, the cyber-criminal gang, claiming that they had compromised Darktrace’s internal security systems and had accessed our data. Our security teams have run a full review of our internal systems and can see no evidence of compromise. None of the LockBit social media posts link to any compromised Darktrace data. We will continue to monitor the situation extremely closely, but based on our current investigations we are confident that our systems remain secure and all customer data is fully protected.

Darktrace, the world leader in machine learning technology for cyber defense, has today announced that it has been named ‘Rising Star’ at Deloitte’s UK Technology Fast 50 awards ceremony last night.

Revered as one of the UK’s most prestigious technology awards programs, Deloitte Technology Fast 50 celebrates the fastest-growing technology companies, based on revenue growth over the last four years. To mark the awards’ 20th anniversary, Deloitte has added an additional recognition which lauds the revenue potential of industry innovators and disruptors who have been in business for four years or less. The coveted recognition was bestowed on Darktrace thanks to the fundamental power of its machine learning technology for cyber defense and its stellar growth in just under four years.

Being named ‘Rising Star’ at the Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50 awards is a great testament to the ground-breaking innovation behind our Enterprise Immune System, and to the fantastic growth that Darktrace has experienced as a result,” said Poppy Gustafsson, CEO EMEA, Darktrace. “Four years ago, we took the bold stance that cyber-threats will get inside networks or are already inside. We founded Darktrace with the vision that machine learning and AI would be a game-changer for the cyber security industry. Today, that vision has become a reality, and Darktrace is at the forefront of this revolution.”
